:::SUBSPACE Communication to USS Snumeria :::
Commander Ariko: Your orders are being changed, as follows- I am sending an additional 350 ships to join your fleet. You are to leave DS9, and head to SB-310 Outside the demilitatized zone. Before you leave, launch 2 type 5 probes outside both the worm-hole, and the deep-space facility. You are to also have 27 type 2 probes deployed along the demilitarized zone, spanning from Outpost 47 (outside the Hugora Nebula) to SB-310. All probes are to be re-programmed to send information directly to your intelligence department, and you are to send me updates as soon as is feasible.
Once the rest of your fleet arrives, set-up a rotation along the entire demilitarized-zone, and keep ships at Bajor.
In addition, keep an eye-out for breen problems....though I believe that the Serenity has that under control.
The Commander of SB-310 has been ordered to assist you in any way that you need, and you have authority to take emergency-command of the base, should hostilities escalate.
Malc out.

::Barada opened an encrypted channel to Section 31::
"To Director, Section 31. This is Starfleet Command. Have received your transmission. While we enjoy a tenuous relationship, we agree to share information. However, we are curious as to why you waited 19 months to contact us over the Intelligence Network."
"Surely you must have much more information than we currently possess. We look forward to any light you can shine on this situation, since it is of mutual detriment to both our objectives. Information we have collected is being quartered to you. We await your reply."
"Starfleet Command, out."
::Colonel Barada closed the channel and sent out a slightly edited version of the Intel they had collected so far. He deliberately left out tactical information from Starfleet vessel encounters.::

If the President can be retrieved, do it at any cost.
The rules of engagement for your division have changed as of now: You are to hereby ordered to remove any and all threats, and to use whatever means necessary to accomplish this goal.
There is to be no attempts of mediation in your division, all trespassers, except those already approved, shall be assumed hostile, and dealt with accordingly.

:::Starfleet Command Coded communication. Sento to USS GUARDIAN NCC-73717-A.:::
Captain Washington, this is Colonel Barada. I am sending you an additional 200 ships. Have them deploy Type 8 and Type 9 multimission warp probes around Sector 001. Set up watch-dog patrolling shifts for Earth specifically. The protection of Earth is A-1 priority.
These are the direct orders of Fleet Admiral Malc. Everyone is to be locked out of Sector 001 unless they have direct permission from either the Fleet Admiral, or the permission of the Council. No exceptions. Also, you are authorized to develop and implement any and all measures you deem appropriate to defend Sector 001 against threats.
Additionally I would like you to create a redundant defense perimeter, akin to the Mars Defense Perimeter to extend from Jupiter to Neptune. Supplement perimeter defense ships with capital ships if necessary. And utilize whatever resources available to you.
If there is anything else you come up with, let me know immediately, but do not wait---initiate.
Colonel Barada out.

::Colonel Barada made sure that things were going in the IIC. For the moment, the Fleet Admiral was on the Bridge, so he could concentrate on big picture items. The operations staff could make course corrections, drop the cloak and whatever else was required.::
::The Colonel reviewed the Intel collected so far. And he also checked with his Political Officer. With that advisement under his belt, he put together an edited Intel report, giving the synopsis of what had been collected so far and prepared separate packets for the Ferengi, Romulans, Klingons and even the Breen. And he quartered them to each. They had agreed to collaborate and to share information, so he insured that Starfleet Command and the Federation did its part.::

::A compilation of the Intelligence collected on the Impostors.::
-Over 6,000 thousand ships have invaded Federation, Romulan, Klingon and Ferengi Space. These ships appeared and continue to appear. -Ships are Impostors, appearing outwardly to be Federation, Romulan, Klingon and Ferengi ships. -The Federation, Romulan, Klingon, and the Ferengi have agreed to work together on this threat. -Impostor ships have engaged ships from the various powers in combat. Impostor ships are attempting to disrupt scans of their vessels. And will self-destruct if defeated in combat or their shields are brought down. Boarding actions are prohibited. -3000 Impostor ships are headed into Breen Space. They appeared seemingly from nowhere. We have been attempting to contact the Breen. -All ships have been ordered not to enter Breen Space or the Orion Territory unless specifically ordered to. -All Starfleet vessels have been ordered to name one of their officers as intelligence officer. -Impostor ships it has been noted all give of a high-pitched carrier wave signal. All Impostor ships give off this signal. -Impostor ships internal configurations are slightly different than the ships they are masquerading as. -Impostor ships are using radiation to disrupt internal scans of their ships -Impostor ship personnel read as humanoid on sensor scans. -Impostor ships are capable of high warp speed. -Impostor ships appear to be able to appear and disappear at will. -Impostor beam weaponry mimicks known species technology (beam weapons), but has a distinct phase variance. -Intel states that the Impostors are using some form of "clone" to mimick humanoids. This Intel is unreliable at this point.
Tactical Plot:
-USS Durango has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to Ferengi Space Border.
-USS Concord has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Orion Space Border. 500 Ships.
-USS Serenity has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Breen Space Border. 500 Ships.
-USS Guardian has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Sol Sector. 500 Ships.
-USS Chimaira has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Romulan Space Border Border.
-USS Tahoe has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Klingon Space Border. 75 Ships.
-USS Numeria has been assigned to lead a fleet deployed to the Bajor Sector. 400 Ships.
** The Sol Sector Fleet has been assigned an additional 200 ships.

:::Starfleet Command Coded communication. Sent to All Fleet Commanders:::
Starfleet Command has completed preliminary analysis of the weapon reported by numerous Starfleet combatants and first reported used against USS Concord.
The weapon dubbed an Electro-Multispacial Pulse (EMP), uses concentrated and focused anyon beams encased in a multi-spacial cocoon. The effect is evidenced by the release of a large light ‘ball” fired by the Impostor ships. It has been noted via scans that the power levels of the invader ships drop dramatically when the weapon is utilized.
The damage caused by the weapon impacting against Federation and allied vessels is that power systems are temporarily brought down. The “pulse” literally phases into the target vessel’s systems and releases the focused anyons which change the polarity of all electroplasma systems it encounters. Again, this temporarily affects shields, weapons, propulsion, and so on, giving the invaders the opportunity to fire on ships while unprotected with sometimes devastating effects.
It is recommended that ships equipped with multispacial shielding, rotate their shield frequencies when encountering this weapon. Also the introduction of a focused chroniton beam, may disperse the anyon ‘packets’ the weapon contains.
The weapon also appears to have limited range, even at FTL speeds. Starfleet Tactical will continue to work on this as well as the new reported 'projectile' and provide updated reports.
Colonel Barada out.
