::As you enter the office, you will be greeted with a smile as Torianna stands in welcome. The office warm and inviting in decor, the seating comfortable and the illumination set to a comfortable setting in an effort to create a relaxed atmosphere in which one could speak of things troubling them. Much care was given in preventing it from appearing like a sickbay or clinic of any sort. A salute will be given to Officers and a handshake offered to all others. One would be greeted upon a first visit with the following greeting. Subsequent visits will be given more personal greetings.::

Welcome to the Optimus' CNS Office. I am Lt. JG Torianna, CNS of the USS Optimus and I am happy to see you. As with all counseling, all said within these walls will be held within the strictest of confidentiality. There is only one exception and that is if what is said would endanger or bring forth harm to yourself, another or the ship. In such a case, I will explore what was said in depth with you but if I still feel that a threat is present, I will bring the information to the Admiral.

With that said, please take a seat and make yourself comfortable while we chat.[/i][/b][/font]

::Torianna entered her office, standing for a moment near the doorway as she looked about. She found the look and atmosphere of the office pleasing and hoped those that stepped through the doors would feel comfortable here. She walked to her desk and sat down, opening the databanks, quickly becoming busy updating the files of those she had counseled.::
